SUMMARY:Wellness Journey @ The Japanese Friendship Garden
DESCRIPTION:This Wellness Journey event will bring participants to one of the most beautiful gardens in San Diego\, the Japanese Friendship Garden in Balboa Park. This garden showcases a 12-acre living exhibition of plants and flora native to Japan and San Diego. The mission of this cultural space is to foster a relationship between humans and nature\, offering a peaceful retreat with Japanese simplicity and serenity. \nWe will begin the morning with a gentle Qi Gong flow to promote balance and inner peace\, followed by a walk through the garden to connect with its calming beauty. Breakfast snacks and refreshments will be provided. \nFree event\, but registration is required – RSVP HERE or use the link provided below. Note: Project New Village will pay for parking for attendees. \n
